Steps to reproduce

  • Actual: Width of the character “4” is stretched to 1em.
  • Expected: Width of the character “4” is left as it is.

text-combine-upright: all should compress width of characters whose width is wider than 1em, but should not stretch width of characters whose width is narrower than 1em.
