Steps to reproduce
Hello, i try to emulate background color on div on PRINT (using border-right css property), but have problems, which absent on other browsers (Chrome and others).
Please run attached border.phtml in IE, Edge in SCREEN and PRINT modes.
What i expected:
that “div.module” will have gray-background.
What i get:
in browser-window i see CORRECT result.
but when i try to open ‘Print page’-preview i see: -
- that div, which have small height and so have enough space in the 1 page - looks GOOD.
- that div, which have LARGE height, content of which DIVIDED ON SEVERAL print pages - looks BAD, its background has BIGGER WIDTH than expected, independently that parent div has “Overflow:hidden” property!
in Chrome and other browsers it looks as expected in SCREEN and PRINT modes.
What i want:
i know that exists some mode in browsers before printing to "Enable background colors and images", but i don’t want use it and explain users where they should to search and how to use it. so my approach is applicable, but your bug is very annoying and strange.
please help with solution or FIXING it.

sorry, mistake. instead “div.module” you should read “div.k”
