Steps to reproduce
Frequently (possibly every time Windows 10 updates, definitely occurred after the latest update) Windows Ink re-enables itself. This is a large inconvenience as Windows Ink makes it basically impossible to use my Huion drawing tablet, and every time it I must go through the process of disabling it. Again and again. I never need Windows Ink enabled, but it simply won’t stay disabled and there doesn’t appear to be any way to uninstall it. Specifically when I went to the Local Group Policy Editor just now after the most recent instance of this problem to Administrator Templates > Window Components > Windows Ink and check the setting. It was set to Disabled which is not where I left it. I had left it set to enabled then in the separate drop down box selected disabled because that’s what stops Windows Ink. I also tried the other method of disabling it, that did not keep it disabled permanently either.
