Steps to reproduce

Using an input type text with an onkeydown handler the property repeat of the obtained event ist not correctly set. In other browsers like Chrome or Firefox the property repeat == true if the key was pressed long enough for to trigger key repetition. However in Edge (and also Internet Explorer) it is always false.
also see description of the property here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Events/keydown
https://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Events/#ref-for-dom-keyboardevent-repeat-1

see this jsfiddle for demonstration: https://jsfiddle.net/a0vwnzfe/5/
(for whatever reason this jsfiddle does not work at all in my Edge, but in IE it works and it demonstrates the error I described)
