    • Hi Alex,

I did not experience this issue in Windows 10 17134.48.  Will you provide the extended version of Windows 10 you are using?  Win + S and type “winver” and hit enter.

      Steve

    • Thanks for the reply Steve.

Here’s winver on the three machines which can reproduce this crash:

      Microsoft Windows Server
      Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.2248)

      Microsoft Windows
      Version 10.0 (Build 10240)

      Microsoft Windows
      Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)

They are all patched up-to-date with respect to Windows Update.

Here’s an example crash log from the second machine using URL as reported:

    • Any job logs containing 100s of lines would trigger this browser crash reliably.

    • Here’s another (shorter) job log that triggers the crash reliably:
      https://travis-ci.org/mishoo/UglifyJS2/jobs/382576135

Note that you may need to wait for all the lines to load before the browser process crashes.

    • Problem persists after KB4132216 and KB4103720

The browser process crashes repeatedly without leaving any reports under Reliability Monitor!

    • I have found that if you open the link using Ctrl+Click, i.e. a new tab of the problematic URL opens in the background, it will not crash until you switch to it.
