Steps to reproduce

Despite the annoucement that the MS WebDriver is now a “Feature on Demand” (In 64bit Windows Insider Preview, Build 17666), it does not appear on the download list (see attached screenshot) and there is no “Microsoft WebDriver.exe” or similiar in the System32 directory. Dev Mode is turned on in system settings.

Can this be a problem of the Non-English language settings of the system?

    I just used this feature myself.  It is available now in the insider builds.  Glad you sorted it out without my help.  Apologize for the delay.
