Steps to reproduce



Repro Steps:

Open any Silverlight application in IE11 and use task Manager to look at the iexplore.exe processes. If you turn on the “Platform” column in Task Manager’s Details tab, it indicates 32-bit versus 64-bit. The process is always 32-bit when running a Silverlight application.

Expected Results:

I need my Silverlight application to use the 64-bit version of Silverlight when using IE 11 on Windows 8.1 Desktop.
