Steps to reproduce

I have an iFrame script that loads in a different domain from parent. When calling js function on parent I get SCRIPT70 Permission Denied error.
window.parent.window.postMessag(
{’func’:’postMessage’,’params’:[var]},document.referrer);

If I open F12 developer tools, refresh the page, then it works, but only then.

This works for all other browsers including Edge but not IE11
Is this a bug in IE11?
