Steps to reproduce
With a zero height tr element, the top and bottom borders are sometimes different lengths.
Setup: table containing alternating table rows:
- Two td elements with text of different lengths
- An empty td element, with the tr element having borders
In some cases, the bottom border only renders up to around half way- where the 1st td element of the row above it ends.
In addition, the top border is sometimes renders as two lines slightly offset from each other depending on the zoom level.
Also, depending on how the borders are defined in the CSS, the borders (both top and bottom) are not rendered up to the point of the first td element of the previous (or latter) tr.
