Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Here’s a quick fiddle which demonstrates what I’m essentially doing.

pressing and holding the red square triggers a down event, a series of move, even though no move has occured and then finally an up.
If pressed and quickly followed by a series of real moves everything works correctly.

Expected Results:

When I press and hold a div element with down, move and up-events I expect it to only trigger a down and nothing else and especially not an up-event.
