F12 Developer Tools stopped working after enabling/disabling "Disable script debugging" IE setting

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

  1. Open IE11 and go to www.microsoft.com
  2. Press F12
  3. Click Tools->Internet Options->"Advanced" tab->"Browsing" section
  4. Enable (or disable) the following:
    a. Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)
    b. Disable script debugging (Other)
    c. Display a notification about every script error
  5. Click OK or Apply

Expected Results:

The F12 Developer Tools should not hang, crash or stop working whenever you try to make changes in any IE Setting that doesn’t require any restart.
