Steps to reproduce

We are team which develops the extension “楽天ウェブ検索” . There is a textbox at top of popup for extension. It does not allow us to enter any Japanese text even though IME settings are enabled. This does not happen in other textboxes for the extension or in any other browser (FF and Chrome).
