Hello!

We are havings troubles on getting the rfeferer parameter from the browser. In case of that, we can not generate correct file, the image is not shown(We are trying via PDF and also print).

You can check issue via: https://www.kadastrs.lv/

Maps => View maps => “Screenshot_5”(You can choose any building) => Screenshot_6.

As you can see, there is an image and when you trying to print it or generate PDF file, image is broken.

  • Hi Victor!

    Thank you for contacting us about this issue! I attempted to follow the reproduction steps that you provided but I was unable to navigate to the feature you wanted me to test. I went to Kartes =>
    Karšu pārlūks and then I was unable to find anything that translates to screenshot. Could you provide me with pictures or the path in Latvian?

    Thanks,
    Zach

  • Hi there! In the top right conrner you can change to EN language, so you will understand more. When you are opening Map, then you can see this => http://prntscr.com/np3v63 => then should zoom it(Riga location) untill you will see the numbers like it is on the screenshots.

  • *Link have the same image as Screenshot_10

  • Hi Viktor!

    Thanks for the help! I was able to pull up the print preview, however, I am unable to reproduce the problem shown in the attached screenshot. I am using Microsoft Edge 44.18362.1.0 Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 and this is what I am seeing:
    https://imgur.com/hXm8F5T. What version are you running?

    How to find your version of Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027011/microsoft-edge-find-out-which-version-you-have

    Thanks,

    Zach

  • Dear Zachariah L.,

    You’ve missed the final step, to click on ‘print’ button and then you will see that the image is broken(try to print it or save as pdf via ‘print’ button).
