Steps to reproduce

I use 2 monitor, one at 75hz and the main at 144hz. While i’m in a gameplay in Fullscreen borderless and watching a youtube video at the same time… Edge lock my game FPS at 75hz… it seem Windows give full control to Edge browser to control my frequency…
My step it wat to close Edge and open Chrome, which give me back my full 144hz on my main monitor.
Can you take a look on this issues?
for about 2 week from now (06-04-2019) I have no other issues beside this one.

Thank you.
