window.keyup does not fire always on print screen keypress

Steps to reproduce

Repro file saved to attachment.

Repro Steps:

  1. Create an event keyup listener
  2. Open browser, get the page in focus, try to fire it with PrintScreen key - nothing happens
  3. Press any other key
  4. Press PrintScreen again - listener fires
  5. If the page lose focus, and gets it again the bug repeats.

Expected Results:

PrintScreen should always fire window.keyup event.
