Steps to reproduce

Edge Dev Version 77.0.211.2 (Official build) dev (64-bit). I saw someone else had posted this issue but it was marked as non-reproducible. Every time I reflexively middle mouse click to close a tab it just jumps the whole window over to my other monitor. Other chromium-based browsers like Vivaldi work as expected, as do Firefox, Chrome, IE, and normal Edge.

However, I have noticed that if I middle mouse click the very, very bottom few pixels of the tab, it will close it. Anywhere else on the tab will just move the whole window to the other monitor.
