Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

The common scenario where it happens for me is:

  • My home page is set to google (which uses SPDY)
  • I open a new browser window. It loads the google home page.
  • I move my mouse over the address bar, and click.
  • Most times the “Site loaded with SPDY” tooltip got clicked instead of the address bar itself.
    I have to click again on the address bar before I can start typing an address, since after the tooltip is clicked, the IE window has lost focus.

Expected Results:

Tooltip should either not appear right under the cursor, or the tooltip should not be clickable
