    • Any news?

The PowerShell command doesn’t work for me:
      Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope Process
      Import-Module appvclient
      $packagePath = $env:ProgramData + ‘\Package Cache{4BE37C1D-4D90-432A-8E70-A46CABC26247}v5.1.4099.0’
      Add-AppvClientPackage “$packagePath\IEDC.appv” -DynamicDeploymentConfiguration “$packagePath\IEDC_DeploymentConfig.xml” | Publish-AppvClientPackage $packagePath

    • Hello,

Thank you for providing this information about the issue. Currently, we do not plan to release a fix for this problem. Please see this article and try some of the workarounds: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn725043(v=vs.85).aspx.

    • So, you don’t plan to release a fix even though none of the workarounds in that article work? It has caused cascading problems within the operating system. I can’t open up display settings, for starters, and countless other OS related functions throw strange errors. Everything that I’ve read traces back to this developer channel which, for some reason, is capable of destroying an entire Windows install on its own.

Why wasn’t a fix for this issued?
