Steps to reproduce

Spartan in Latest FBL_IE

  1. Open F12 against any page eg msn.com

  2. Open dom explorer

  3. in the tree select some element eg the first div.

  4. in the styles pane on the right, click in the Inline Style {} block to get a text box

  5. in text box enter "color", <enter> “red” <enter> to add your new style

–>

This updates the styles pane.

But it does not affect the DOM element
