Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Open http://jsfiddle.net/8XB2y/
  2. Observe that the color of the placeholder is not red as it should be.
  3. Remove the ::input-placeholder selector
  4. Observe that the color is now red.

Expected Results:

When the -ms-input-placeholder pseudo selector is combined with other vendor or unprefixed variants, the rule should still work.
