Repro Steps:

Open IE11 dev tools > goto Console > type new Date().toLocaleString("zh-cn", {year: "numeric", month: "long"});

See response is “‎2014‎年‎6月‎月”
which is said to be grammatically incorrect

Expected Results:

The result is “‎2014‎年‎6月” in zh-cn, zh-tw, and ja-jp, “2014년 6월” /* what is it… */ in ko-kr - like what Firefox shows.
