Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Go to http://thepaciellogroup.github.io/AT-browser-tests/test-files/h1-h6.html
use an accessibility object inspect tool such as aViewer http://www.paciellogroup.com/resources/aviewer/ to check what information about the headings is exposed in MSAA/UIA

Expected Results:

a h1 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 1
a h2 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 2
a h3 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 3
a h4 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 4
a h5 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 5
a h6 element is exposed with a heading role and a level property of 6
