Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

On a PC with two or more displays that have different DPIs open an IE window on the lower DPI window and make sure the zoom level is set to 100%. Now drag the IE window onto the higher DPI display and you will see that the zoom level has now changed.

Expected Results:

When I open an IE window on my lower DPI screen and have the zoom level set to 100% I would like to be able to drag that IE window to a higher DPI screen and have the zoom level stay at 100%. And in the reverse when I open an IE window on my higher DPI screen and have the zoom level set to 100% I would like to be able to drag that IE window to a lower DPI screen and have the zoom level stay at 100%.

If for some reason I drag it between screens and I decide that the text is too small or too large, I am able to change the zoom level on my own and don’t need IE to automatically do this incorrectly for me.

Actual Results:

Dev Channel specific:
