Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Example of the expected setup in html should trace out “hello full screen” in the console.

var target = document.getElementById(‘myVideo’);

    target.addEventListener(&#39;MSFullscreenChange&#39;, onFullScreenHandler);

    function onFullScreenHandler() {
        console.log(&#39; hello full screen &#39;);

<video id="myVideo" src="video/CHEW_30.mp4" autoplay="autoplay" poster="poster.png" controls="true" ></video>

Expected Results:

The MSFullscreenChange event should be able to be listened to an any element and not fixed to the document.
