Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge
  2. Navigate to https://sports.yahoo.com
  3. Use your mouse and attempt to scroll down the page
  4. You will not be able to scroll down until the page (and its images) fully load

Expected Results:

Go to website, start scrolling down page with mouse

Actual Results:
