Here is an example of this the slide show does not respond to touch .

Snippet to reproduce:
window.addEventListener('pointerdown pointermove pointerup’, function(ev) {
}, false);

The misbehavior can also be reproduced with the owl carousel which is working fine across browsers except edge:

Expected Results:

The move events should constantly fire on the touch interface when moving around.

      Thank you for providing this information about the issue. When following the repro steps, the sites work with touch events. Regarding the ‘mouse move’ events don’t fire, that is by-design, and there needs to be ‘touch-action: none’ CSS applied to the element to get move events from touch input. Currently, we do not plan to release a fix for this problem. Please update this case if you can provide new information for us to consider.
