Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Create some cyrillic site (making some records in hosts file or so) or go to existing one. For example - http://снять-дом-в-геленджике.рф/.

Open F12 developer tools.
Create xhr post request:
var xhr = new XMLHttpRequest();
xhr.open('POST’, 'http://www.bing.com’, true);
See request headers in “Network” tab.

Expected Results:

“Origin” header in request headers should be:
