Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

Open window by clicking on open window button / link, close the newly opened window and repeat several times.

A small script is available at https://jsfiddle.net/spangler/2cye4wf6/6/

Expected Results:

Open and close windows with a link or button using Javascript window.open(). The window should open at the specified location with with the given height and width.

Actual Results:

The window will continue to move down and to the right if the browser window is not maximized. If it is mimaximized, the newly created window will appear in the specified location.
