Repro Steps:

  1. load http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_win_resizeby
  2. change the X value to -200
  3. click ‘See Result’
  4. click Create Window (new window will open)
  5. Click resize window to see it resize or not resize in this example.

Expected Results:

Window should be resized to a lower widtth if negative values are passed,
