Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

  1. Open a.svg (attached) in IE 11. The contents are also written below.
  2. The pattern is not visible. (Visible on Chrome and Firefox)
  3. Change the transform on the rectangle to ‘1 0 0 1 10 30’ in a text editor.
  4. Refresh the page.
  5. The pattern is visible now.

Expected Results:

The pattern should be visible irrespective of scale factor on the object on which it is applied.
