Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Expected Results:

A <div> element with no explicit tabindex HTML attribute should have a value of 0 for its tabIndex property when using Javascript. In other words, the following javascript snippet prints '-1’ in every other browser:

var foo = document.createElement(‘div’);
console.log(foo.tabIndex); // Expected: -1. Actual: 0
