Steps to reproduce

Desired behavior: After navigation when the webpage loads, focus is placed either at the top of the webpage, or at the place where the webpage has set initial focus.

URL:

Repro Steps:

Go to any web page that does not set initial focus. (www.microsoft.com)
Press TAB
Focus will be in the address bar

 MS Edge 20.10240.16384.0
 -- Edge will tab through the frame process before tab focus is on the content. Press Tab 2x and you will be at New Tab option

Expected Results:

•When the browser first loads a Web page, the initial keyboard focus for the page should be at the top of the page.
•When you press Tab for the first time on a page, keyboard focus should move to the first link or control at the top of the page.

    • I don’t know why this says "Not Reproducible". This issue is easily reproducible. For a keyboard only user WITHOUT a screen reader, this requires at least FOUR presses of the TAB key every time they load a page. Multiply that by the amount of pages you might visit in a day, and it is a huge pain and time waster.

      Thank you for providing this information about the issue. After thorough testing, we are unable to reproduce this problem in Edge. Please test this behavior in our latest creator’s update 15063 or the insider build 16199.
