Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch Edge
  2. Don’t open the Edge Developer Console.
  3. Load the test_encoder.html
  4. Page won’t show.

Expected Results:

A page, which loads jquery-encoder via jQuery-Ajax should work.

Actual Results:
