    • Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. This is an expected behavior.
Scrolling on a PTP does not necessarily generate scroll wheel messages. It depends on the foreground app and if it has opted-in to receive these messages.
For a device having PTP, the mousewheel messages are sent to DManip and this is in turn sent to Edge. In your case, edge is not consuming it, where as Chrome consumes it.

      All the best,
      The MS Edge Team

    • Brad. It is a very very bad decision to treat this as "by design". When will PTP be treated like every other TP out there? This breaks critical functionality all across the web!

There is no work around available until you rectify this. I’ve been begging for a solution for 3 years now. Please re-open this issue and fix this as it’s making Edge unusable on Microsoft’s own hardware… namely the Surface Book, Surface Pro 4, Surface Pro 3, and Surface Pro 2.
