Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Save the below html code in a .html file and view in IE 11
<!DOCTYPE html>
<title>Print Test Page</title>
<textarea name="77" rows="2" cols="20" id="Textarea1" style="position:Absolute;top:55px;height:171px;width:736px;left:10px;">
This Text box will be printed</textarea>
<tr><td >
<textarea name="777" rows="2" cols="20" id="Textarea2" style="position:Absolute;top:1055px;height:171px;width:736px;left:10px;">
This does not get printed</textarea>
<tr><td >
<span id="bl63" style="position:Absolute;top:1000px;height:16px;width:296px;left:40px;">Some text that is displayed and printed </span>

Expected Results:

Both text area should be visible when in print preview or printing
