Here is the source code of the below URL to reproduce the behavior:

Manually typing this URL into your browser: http://scl.la/edgetest

You will see on chrome et al it loads the page and prints text. On edge, it attempts to close the window even though the page is NOT owned by window.open().

Expected Results:

window.close() should be ignored if the page was not created by a script (or other conditions in the spec)
