If you load the JSFiddle in Chrome or Firefox you will notice that the second number input type loads the value, however in Edge it remains blank.

Expected Results:

If a default value is loaded within a number input even if it’s not a valid number it should render the same as if a user typed that input into the input type - thus if the default input is incorrect and then if it’s value is set to another valid, even if it’s correct or not - it should still render that value.
