Edge crashes when evaluating an xpath from an orphaned xml node with no child nodes

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Create an xml document
Create an element but do not append it
Query the document using xpath with the node as context for something that should return no result.

The above will cause Edge to crash and reload the page as an auto correction.

In order to view how the demo should behave open the site in any other browser.

I have attached a code sample to reproduce this.

Expected Results:

The browser should not crash and the xpath query should not return a result.
