Steps to reproduce

Repro:
            driver.Navigate().GoToUrl(“about:blank”);
            driver.ExecuteScript("document.write(‘<body bgcolor=red></body>’)");

The page is successfully loaded and the background is set to the color Red, but then webdriver returns an error. Tested on clean 9/30 build.
