Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

==============

Goto any page and F12 dev tools> enter the following in the console -

  1. document.documentElement.style.writingMode = “tb-rl” // should really be vertical-rl, but it is not supported.

  2. console.log(document.documentElement.style.cssText)

  3. console.log(document.documentElement.style.msWritingMode)

Expected Results:

==============

The console should show -

writing-mode: tb-rl

(Or better yet, vertical-rl)

undefined

But it shows the illogical -

-ms-writing-mode: tb-rl;

undefined

Were the implementation consistent, it would have shown -

-ms-writing-mode: tb-rl;

tb-rl

Actual Results:

==============

Dev Channel specific:

================

No
