Same code;

var parser = new DOMParser();
var xml = “<root><ns1:a xmlns:ns1="x"><ns1:b><ns1:c xmlns:ns1="y” xmlns:ns2="z"><ns2:d/></ns1:c></ns1:b></ns1:a></root>";
var dom = parser.parseFromString(xml, ‘text/xml’);
var xml1 = new XMLSerializer().serializeToString(dom);
console.info(xml1);

Expected Results:

output below must be returned.

<root><ns1:a xmlns:ns1="x"><ns1:b><ns1:c xmlns:ns1="y" xmlns:ns2="z"><ns2:d/></ns1:c></ns1:b></ns1:a></root>
