GPO "Allow you to run scripts, like javascript" only affects Internet Zone Websites.

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Configure the following Group Policy: User Configuration> Administrative Templates> Windows Components> Microsoft Edge> "Allows you to run scripts, like Javascript". Set this to Enabled.

This will set the following registry entry: HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\Internet Settings\Zones\3> DWORD: 1400 Value: 0.

Attempt to browse a non-internet site and scripts will not function. The escalation Engineer with my premier case was able to successfully reproduce this issue. I can reproduce this all the time.

Expected Results:

The Policy setting does not imply zones. It either needs to imply zones, or be fixed to apply to all Zones.
