Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  • open this repro: http://jsfiddle.net/w82vg68o/
  • click on Normal cursor, the cursor will use windows’ “wait” image
  • click on Custom cursor, the cursor will not use the provided base64 image

check on Firefox or Chrome, so see correct behaviour.

Expected Results:

Cursor should be rendered using the provided base64 image.

Actual Results:
