Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Expected Results:

(1) The POST requests should have the header “Accept-Language: es-ES, es; q=0.8, en-US; q=0.5, en; q=0.3” like any other request.

(2) (3) I don’t know why Edge makes two requests.

I’ve tried this in IE11, Firefox and Chrome, and they all work as expected.
