Repro Steps:

Opt to pay with PayPal on a website using standard PayPal integration. Click cancel and return, or complete the payment.
Example merchant website with PayPal standard integration: http://www.lenstore.co.uk

Expected Results:

Redirection to back merchant website.

Actual Results:
