Repro Steps:

I used Edge Blog (https://blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/) as example. I added 20px blur to one element (element.png). Blur_bug.jpg shows the problem that happens when I hover mouse over different elements. However the corruption does not show up in screenshots (thus I had to use phone). It looks fine in screenshot (correct.png) even though on screen it looks glitched.

I’m not sure if this is display driver or GPU vendor related but I have had this on two different machines (Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 and Intel GMA4500MHD, both ran 64-bit Windows 10 Pro).

I can’t test latest insider build right now but the issue could still be there.

Expected Results:

Correct, glitch free rendering like in correct.png

Actual Results:

Dev Channel specific:

No

    • I am still facing the issue where hovering or focusing on the button and inputs, the UI gets distorted and shows flickering on MS Edge. Please see the fiddle attached.
