Address bar contents are shared between multiple new tabs

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

  • In IE, open a new tab (Ctrl-T).
  • Type some text into the address bar of the new tab, do not hit enter.
  • Open another new tab (Ctrl-T).

Expected: The second new tab starts with an empty address bar.
Actual: The second new tab will have the same contents as was typed into address bar of the first new tab.

Expected Results:

The address bar should have a separate buffer for each new tab.
