Subpixel(?) problem with transparent borders

Steps to reproduce

HII bug due to the popularity of the Bootstrap framework, and the fact that it renders active tabs incorrectly.


Repro Steps:

  1. Open Edge on Windows 10.
  2. Maximize Edge’s window.
  3. Ensure that window.innerWidth is 1024. If it isn’t, adjust your screen’s resolution accordingly.
  4. Open
  5. Observe that there is a lighter gray border along the bottom of the “Home” link in the example.

Expected Results:

There should be no bottom border in this case, so as to match the behavior of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
