Repro Steps:

Open the JS console and type in any other browser and then in IE11:

var img = new Image();

img.onload = function(){

alert( ‘img: ' + img.width + ‘x’ + img.height + ' natural: ' + img.naturalWidth + ‘x’ + img.naturalHeight +’ x: '+img.clientWidth + ', y: '+img.clientHeght + 'x: '+img.offsetWidth + ', y: '+img.offsetHeight );

};

img.src = 'http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b5/Boeing-Logo.svg’;

Expected Results:

Once the SVG has loaded the width and height should change accordingly to the size of the natural size of the SVG image.
