CSS Filter breaks backface-visibility

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

Basically rotate any element with transform: rotateX(180deg), backface-visibility:hidden and apply a filter to it such as filter: brightness(0.5);

Expected Results:

The expected behaviour would be for the element to not be visible when rotated so that it’s backface is facing the user if backface-visibility is set to hidden even if you’re using a filter.
